Kevin McCurdy's Haunted Mansion Opens Fri. 9/23 - Celebrates 35th Anniversary - Shares "Behind the Screams" Secrets during AMC's Fear Fest this October!


Kevin McCurdy's Haunted Mansion, located at Dutchess County's Bowdoin Park on Sheafe Road in Wappingers Falls, opens This Friday Sept. 23rd. - and celebrates 35th Anniversary in a very special way!

For thirty five years McCurdy and his crew have created an experience unlike any other in the country. KM's Haunted Mansion has introduced many firsts within the Haunt Industry and Halloween attraction venues. The Mansion has become legendary for being at the forefront of live story telling, audience participation and interactive technology, and is one of the longest running haunted attractions in the nation.

As the first haunted attraction to utilize a storyline enhanced with theatrical effects. Kevin and his themed attraction design company, Imaginart Studios LLC, have earned the reputation of being innovators of conceptual design for haunted attractions within the haunting industry.

It is this reputation that has sparked interest with AMC. Kevin McCurdy's Haunted Mansion, and his "Boo Crew" will be featured on AMC to share some of the "behind the screams" secrets of the delicate art of combining innovative special effects, immersive scenic design, and scary story telling. From the conceptual beginning design to the final outcome, this series will chronicle the story of Kevin, the Haunted Mansion, and the Boo Crew and give an inside glimpse at what it takes to produce a successful haunted attraction.
